We do not charge a booking or an administrative fee.

Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Deposit will be withheld if evidence of pets or smoking are found inside house or on patio or porch.

To make a reservation we ask for full payment of house rental, cleaning fee and damage deposit. Payments are due 90 days prior to check-in date in order to lock in your requested dates. (Your damage deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is done.) Please read the payment and cancellation policies stated on the Reservation Form, complete the form and follow the mailing instructions.

Cancellation Policy and Penalties

Reservation cancellation requests must be made in writing either by email or U.S. mail. No refunds of first months rent if you cancel your reservation for any reason at anytime. Security deposit and any other monies collected will be refunded if the cancellation is more than 90 days in advance of check in (other than first months rent).
