We do not charge a booking or an administrative fee.

Additional fees - $90 cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit*
*All rentals include $200.00 free electricity. Any amount over $200.00, the renter will be responsible to pay. All renters and guests must be listed and identified. An adult (age 21 or older) must be present in the unit at all times during rentals. **Failure to comply will be cause for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all moneys paid (including security deposit).

FREE on-site boat dockage (up to 45' vessel) with a weekly condo rental.... otherwise on-site dockage is only .99 cents per foot, per night. Dockage utilities available for an additional charge of $10 per day.

* Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Deposit will be withheld if pets or smoking are found in the unit.

Reservation Instructions
To make a reservation we ask for full payment of room rental, cleaning fee ($90), and damage deposit ($500). Payments are due 30 days prior to check-in date in order to lock in your requested dates. (Your $500 damage deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is done.) After selecting your accommodations above, checking the calendar to see if the unit is available, reviewing the payment and cancellation policies below, please Complete a Reservation Form.

Cancellation Policy and Penalties
Reservation cancellations must be in writing either by mail or email. No refund if you cancel your reservation, for any reason, less than 21 days before assigned check-in date.

Daily housekeeping is not provided. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Deposit will be withheld if pets or smoking are found in the unit.
