Dec. 1-Dec. 15...$135/night (Sun-Thur); $160/night (Fri-Sat); $870 weekly
Dec. 16-Jan. 17...$185 per night; $1110.00 weekly
Jan. 18-Mar. 31...$135/night (Sun-Thur); $160/night (Fri-Sat); $870 weekly
Feb. 16-Feb. 21...$185 per night, min. 3 nights
Apr.- Aug...$100 (Sun-Thurs); $125 (Fri-Sat); $625 weekly

June - Aug. specials..$500 weekly; $1750/1 month; $1500/2 months/ $1350/3 months

Additional Fees: Damage Deposit $250 (refundable) & Cleaning Fee $65

Rates are per night for up to 6 people (max.)

Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday
Includes all utilities: Electric - Water - Cable - Local Phone

*All rentals, regardless of number of nights, are required to pay a $65 cleaning fee in addition to the room rental.

Complete a Registration Form.

Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Deposit will be withheld if pets or smoking are found in the unit.

We do not charge a booking or an
administrative fee.

Reservation Instructions
To make a reservation we ask for
full payment of room rental, cleaning fee ($65), and damage deposit ($250). Payments are due 30 days prior to check-in date in order to lock in your requested dates. (Your $250 damage
deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is done.) Complete a Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy and Penalties
Reservation cancellations must be in writing either by mail or email. If reservation is cancelled
less than 21 days before the
scheduled check-in date, 50% of the room rental
payment is forfeited. If reservation
is cancelled less than 7 days
before scheduled check-in date, 100% of room rental payment is forfeited.

Daily housekeeping is not provided. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Deposit will be withheld if pets or smoking are found in the unit.
