*All rentals, regardless of number of nights, are required to pay a $60 cleaning fee in addition to the room rental.

Reservation
Instructions
To make a reservation we ask for
full payment of room rental, cleaning fee ($60), and damage deposit
($250). Payments are due 30 days prior to check-in date in order to
lock in your requested dates. (Your $250 damage
deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is done.)

Cancellation Policy and Penalties
Reservation cancellations must be in writing either by mail or email.
If reservation is cancelled
less than 21 days
before the
scheduled check-in date, 50% of the room rental
payment is forfeited. If reservation
is cancelled less than 7 days
before scheduled check-in date, 100% of room rental payment is forfeited.
Daily
housekeeping is not provided. Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
Deposit will
be withheld if pets or smoking are found in the unit.
